For your convenience; VSI Meter Services - Call Center Representatives are available:
Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 8:00PM and
Saturdays 7:00AM to 4:30PM

Installations may be scheduled:
Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM with evening appointments available until 7:00PM

Saturday installations may be scheduled 8:00AM to 4:00PM

All customers will be receiving a notice by mail indicating it is time to register for their meter upgrade. You can not register until you have received this notice. A specific service number will be assigned to each account and it will be listed on the notice.
